Ann Arbor Roller Derby Double Header 6/24/17

Join Ann Arbor Roller Derby at Buhr Park on June 24th for a Derby Double Header! Two great roller derby mash ups for one low price!

First up - Ypsilanti Vigilantes vs. East Lansing Roller Derby: Mitten Mavens. The Vigis make their 2017 home bout debut taking on the Mitten Mavens from East Lansing. The last time these teams met, the Vigis suffered a crushing defeat to the Mavens. Both teams have since claimed several victories over other Michigan teams and are looking forward to a grudge match.

Second - Ann Arbor Brawlstars vs. Queen City Roller Girls: Lake Effect Furies. Queen City has come all the way from Buffalo, New York to take on the Ann Arbor Brawlstars. These teams have never met before. This is your last chance to see the Brawlstars play at home this season and their last game before playoff rankings are released! Come see what promises to be an exciting bout.

Bouts include kid-friendly activities, half-time entertainment, sponsored concessions, and merchandise from both teams. Enjoy locally-brewed beer and cider from the Ypsi Alehouse while you watch the games!

Doors open at 5:30, first whistle at 6:00!
