Standing Acro Series with Precision Acrobatics

Join us in July for a 3-week series focusing on standing partner acrobatics. During this series we will utilize tempo and timing to find ways into standing tricks that are less about brute strength and more about finesse and ease.

Pre-requisites include:
> Two high
> Super slick spotting skills - or the willingness to learn them
> The ability to take a deep breath, stay calm, and rock on

Dates for this series:
Wednesday nights: July 5th, 12th, and 19th
Time of this series: 7-8:30pm
Location: Zaccho Dance Theater (yay!! new space)
Investment: $75, non-refundable

About the instructors:

Ariel and Liz began their acrobatics partnership in 2009; dare we say it was love at first flight? They have trained extensively with world renowned coaches over their years of practice together and have been teaching as part of the YogaSlackers crew since 2011. In 2017 they founded Precision Acrobatics to share their teaching in a more structured format. Motivated by the interplay of strength and receptivity, Ariel and Liz are known for challenging their students with new material in a way that is safe and attainable.

Ariel has a Doctorate in Pharmacy and certifications in the following yoga disciplines: Ashtanga, AcroYoga, YogaSlackers, Thai Massage/Pranassage. Liz is a licensed physical therapist and is certified in the following disciplines: massage therapy, yoga therapy, and YogaSlackers.
