Lavender and Thyme Summer Kickoff Dinner
Join us for our first Lavender and Thyme 7-course family style dinner. This beautiful prefix menu will highlight Chef Heidi Whitneys Norman style french fare using beautiful farm to table ingredients from the pacific northwest creating a beautiful and delicious menu that is the best of both coasts.
Tickets are $65 dollars and the menu includes:
-Spring Onion Tart with Summac, chive blossoms and arugula flowers -Salmon Rillete, fresh baguette -Carpachio with green garlic oil, pea tendrils and micro greens salad, fava beans with champagne vinaigrette. -Roasted Spring Lamb rubbed with Harrisa and served with a fresh herb yogurt sauce. Salt Roasted potatoes and house made Piment d'espellete aioli -Dandelion salad, lardons, soft boiled farm eggs -French Cheese Board -Cherry Clafloutis, espresso and mini macarons in cherry and chocolate.
