Jimmy's Spirit Council Presents Brown Forman Scotch Tastings with Greg King

Hey Scotch Lovers, theres a new kid in town!! Brown Forman has acquired some amazing scotches. Join us as Jimmy's Spirit Council hosts Brand Ambassador Greg King pairing three delicious scotch whiskys with charcuterie. Greg may even have a special treat up his sleeve.

GREG KING, Brand Ambassador for Benriach, Glendronach, Glenglassaugh, and Slane has worked as an ambassador for some of the best selling single malts in the world, for independent craft American whiskies, and obtained a Level 2 Spirits certification from WSET. Greg, who prides himself as an educator with an approachable style, enters his new role focusing on growing brand awareness through trial and education. Passing his knowledge along one dram at a time.

Brown-Forman

In June 2016, the Brown-Forman Corporation a acquired The BenRiach Distillery Company Limited. The purchase, which brings three outstanding Single Malt Scotch Whisky brands The GlenDronach, BenRiach, and Glenglassaugh into Brown-Formans growing whiskey portfolio, includes brand trademarks, three malt distilleries, a bottling plant, and the companys headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Tastings will include:

Benriach 10yr - Matured in ex-bourbon casks, virgin oak, and ex-sherry casks; a traditional Speyside Single Malt Scotch
Glendronach 12yr - Matured in ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-Pedro Ximenez casks
Glenglassaugh Revival - Matured in ex-bourbon, ex-European red wine casks, and finished in ex-Pedro Ximenez cask
