- Full sheet of ice maximizing training
- 2 hours of on-ice training/day
- 2 hours of off-ice training/day

- Only $499 if registered prior to 6/15/17 ($529 after 6/15/17)

09:00 - 10:00 Off-ice/outside activity
10:00 - 11:00 Snack*/get changed
11:00 - 01:00 On-ice training
01:00 - 02:15 Get changed/lunch*
02:15 - 03:15 Gym/off-ice training
03:15 - 03:30 Pick-up

*Please bring a snack/lunch or money to purchase at the rink
