Greetings Citizens!! Our mission is NOW vital..Civic Education...how to participate and how to empower is what we teach and how we Coalition Join us for Civics For The Emerging Activist 5th Anniversary Fundraising Dinner!! We are proud to be celebrating five years of non partisan Civic Education, Coalition Building and Voter Registration!! This year our theme is "Diversity Is People Power". We are celebrating ALL of the People Lively!! The Immigrants, old and new...The Amazing Descendants Of Those Brought Here And Enslaved, Those Who Demand to Love as they wish...LGBTQ and NOT....The Young and Wise who will carry the struggles and transcend them...The Soldiers, The Teachers, The Activists and The Elected...The Shamans and Spiritual Warriors...The Women. ALL of us...this year we are going to turn it up and celebrate us ALL. We who believe in Freedom and will not rest until it comes. Join Us for food, drink, accolades to deserving Activists and Civic Students who studied with us. We celebrate The Artists, Activists, Diligent Soldiers, Wise Young and Old.... We celebrate and we Resist!! 5 years is landmark, we are still HERE!! Civics For The Emerging Activist still, Teaching, Empowering, Nurturing and Resisting what MUST be resisted. Come and celebrate THAT!
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. and include the event and buffet dinner.
