Fire Mama's Bizarre Bazaar!

It's Fire Mama's Bizarre Bazaar! An Art, Craft, and Fashion Extravaganza of Weird. ALL are welcome, especially the strange, eccentric, and BIZARRE.... we'd love to have you! Feel free to dress up, if you feel so inclined! The weirder, the better! We are ALL expressive artists and performers, in our own way, after all!

This event will be held at CAFAC (Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center), which is a pretty mind-blowing weird place - perfect for us! They typically deal with welding, glass, metal cutting/shaping/bending/sculpting..... all things creative and amazing, so I'm pretty sure they can handle us! Can't wait for you all to experience this amaaazing place!

This event has been created primarily to SUPPORT ART and ARTISTS! There will be 8 - 12 vendors that will be peddling their artsy and crafty wares from 8 - midnight (please plan to bring some cash to support them!), and then we continue the party until 2! Performers and performances will be scattered throughout the venue (main floor, upstairs, and outside) and throughout the night! Our DJs will be providing music for mingling, dancing,and partying all night long. AND there will even be a FASHION SHOW - hosted by none other than TTATC's (That Thing At The Cabin's) very own Jeffy's Closet!

ARTISTS!
*Yours truly, Fire Mama! - My ever awesome homemade SOAPS, and super cool weird bizarre HATS! I'm loving being creative with them - can't wait for you to see!
*Yuya Negishi! - You know him, you love him, our freaky fun Japanese friend who paints murals all over town! He'll be bringing some of his art for us to enjoy - check him out!
*Anthony Art! - Love this guy! He'll excited to join us and will be bringing arts, prints, card, and will be doing face/body painting on the spot! YOU are the canvas!
*Jelly Art (Kristi Schantzen)! - This girl and I have been hanging out here and there night owl style, and talking tons about ART! She's a creative cat and tell me she's bringing "Tees, stickers, alphabet bracelets, maybe buttons?" Can't wait to see her stuff!
*Ms. (Cherish Haskell)! - Another amazing artist who I'm excited to get to know! She'll be bringing her original watercolor paintings, prints, cards and I can't wait to check it out!
*Jessica Tank - A CAFAC artist/instructor who is super awesome! Pewter casting of whatever YOU want to carve! I made a super sweet kitty with her once..... omg - it's soooo goood! Happy to have her joining us!
* Sagmoe Stone Sculpture - bringing some amaaazing stone sculptures, including a work in progress that guests will be welcome to hammer and chisel themselves! How cool is that?!? So excited to have him!
* Hunnied (Bailey and Ashley) - Crochet! Jewelry, decorative, and clothing. I'm excited to see these creative works of art!
* Trinkets and Gears (Cora Marshall) - bringing some fabulous jewelry for us to adorn ourselves in sweet sweet beauty!
*The CAFAC Gift Shop will also be open for our event, featuring the fire art metal and glass works of many CAFAC artists - there's some AMAZING stuff in there - you gotta see!

Bar: A donation based cash bar will be available serving beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Bring your ID. Thank you for supporting this service we will provide!

Fire Dancers - Feel free to bring your FIRE! SOME FUEL PROVIDED. Must bring your own props and safety equipment. Must be 100% sober, experienced, properly dressed, and provide your own safety watch to play with fire (strictly monitored). Fire performing in the outside designated area only. Can't wait to see you BURN!
