Spring Loaded includes Saturday skating workshops to improve skills, confidence, and athleticism, followed by mixed scrimmages on Sunday.

The clinic is aimed at level 2 and level 3 skaters. Level 1 and coaches may register as non-skating, which allows direct track access to all coached sessions.

All skaters must have an endorsement from their league that they are 8-17, a member of JRDA, and passed a level 2 or level 3 test.

All participants must be insured through JRDA.

Coaches reserve the right to move a skater from L3 to L2 scrimmage as required for skater safety.

If there is enough interest, we may include training sessions at the L1 level and open L1 up to full skating registration. Please contact springloadedpgh@gmail if interested.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
There are several local events on May 13-14, 2017. Make hotel reservations early. Hotels information is available on our website at http://www.springloadedpgh.com.
