Nico: Underground with Tammy Faye Starlite
Model, Actress, Musician, Muse, Warhol Superstar Nico the legend returns for one night only to WFMU.
Fresh from its triumphant month-long run at Theater For The New City, NICO: UNDERGROUND - "The World's First and Only Sturm und Drang Jukebox Musical" - comes to Monty Hall Friday, October 17. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.
In his New York Times review, Charles Isherwood said, "In her remarkable and howlingly funny portrayal of Nico, the 1960s chanteuse and muse to musical greats of the time, the singer and performance artist Tammy Faye Starlite is both vividly present and somehow barely there.
