Rebecca (Becky) McDonald provides a range of business advisory services such as outsourced and project-based services, assistance with SEC reporting, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Based in the Tysons office, she also manages attest engagements for government contracting and technology clients along with 401(k) and employee stock ownership plans. Becky assists government contractors, technology, and real estate companies by providing long-term accounting and financial reporting support. She has experience in assisting large publicly traded companies with their financial restatement processes and supports start-up companies with daily accounting issues, revenue recognition, and accounting for complex equity transactions.
