Fresh Baked Pasties: Beginner Burlesque Workshop & Show!

You asked for it and we are giving it to you! Join Ellie Quinn and Reverend Valentine as they teach you the art of tease!! This is a two day workshop over a 1 month period that will culminate in you on stage strutting you stuff! Whether you are brand spanking new or a begginner, this workshop is for you.

DAY 1: Sunday April 3rd 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Introduction to burlesque - Taking you from concept to a full blown act idea! We will help you develope your act, pick the music, basic movements, costume concept, basics of kittening and ending with a "How To" of pastie making. The first day is a 5 hour long burlesque bootcamp (yes we will let you have lunch!) designed to give you everything you need to get your act off the ground. Then we cut you loose for a month to take these tools and make it your own! Ellie and Rev will be available via email for this month to help you along in the process or for an additional fee you can booked private Skypes or lessons with either instructor.

DAY 2: Sunday May 1st 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Bringing it all together - Now we make this thing happen! Day two will be spent refining your choreography, finishing minor costuming and getting ready to strut your stuff on stage. You will We wi help you with getting ready as well by assisting you with your hair, makeup and final touches so you will look and feel amazing as you get ready to take the stage!

THE SHOW! Sunday May 1st 8:00pm-10:00pm
Invite your friends, family so they can cheer you on as you make your burlesque debute!

The cost of this workshop is $150 + $10 materials fee. If payment is made in full by March 1st you will receive a 10% discount AND the materials fee is waived, bringing your cost down to $135!!!!! Space is limited to 10 students. A deposit of $75 is required at time of reservation to hold your spot.
