HAZE: Feature Film Screening at DCIFF 2016

A college freshman's desire to join the best fraternity is compromised when his brother launches an anti-hazing crusade. HAZE is a dark, raw look into a secret world of intoxication, ritual savagery, and into the hearts of two young men, each driven by a need for acceptance and brotherhood.
Director David Burkman received his MFA in Film Production from The USC School of Cinematic Arts. He wrote & directed the award winning short film Breaking Up With Maggie Moore, which aired to critical acclaim on the Independent Film Channel (IFC). He co-wrote the award winning feature film Fishing Without Nets, which premiered at Sundance in 2014. HAZE is his feature directorial debut.
