Spartan Theatre presents a interactive experience for children ages 6-12 (K-6th grade) to go backstage at West Springfield High School witht the students of the Spartan Theatre program to learn about life in the theatre! They'll be able to explore the costume shop, give improv comedy a try, play a lot of fun games, and have a great time.
Proceeds from this event will go directly to funding our trip to Scotland in August 2016, where we have been invited to perform at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the largest arts festival in the world.
Registration fees will also be accepted at the door, with cash or check.
For your child to attend the camp, we will need a completed FCPS Emergency Care Form (http://www.fcps.edu/it/forms/se3.pdf), preferably completed and emailed to us before December 19.
Children will need to bring a lunch and a snack.
The event is hosted by the WSHS Theatre Arts Patrons (Spartan Theatre's parent booster organization).
