Practical Breathwork Mini-Retreat
Richard and Prescilla are hosting a Practical Breathwork Experience in their home on Saturday September 12th. You might be used to catching a concert of Bob's music, but this is a totally different experience to include sacred breathwork, in addition to meditation and experiences all supported by Bob's music as the soundtrack.

The majority of us navigate through life in a constant state of low-grade stress. We are tapped out, stressed out, and poorly equipped to deal with the frenetic pace of the world. As a result we are overwhelmed. The Breathwork Experience examines and experiments with both ancient and modern philosophies of breathwork. It combines an enticing blend of experiential breathing exercises, discussion, meditation, and live devotional music. These sessions will inspire a foundation for profoundly life-changing practices that will reduce your stress level and enliven your divine energy. You will feel a deep connection to yourself and others that only the shared breath can create. You will leave with applicable tools to reduce your stress and anxiety, improve your health and well-being, reduce cravings, deepen your meditation and spiritual practices, and experience pure consciousness. These introductory teachings are gathered from a variety sources including Dr Andrew Weil, Omnibreath, Inspiration Community, and many ancient pranayama techniques.
