Kain Na! - Filipino Brunch and Dinner POP UP
Growing up, the invitation to the kitchen were the words "kain na" (kah een nah) and in tagalog that means "let's eat!" These words serve as the foundation for my craft and breathe meaning into my love for food.
I was the peeping kid always hovering in the kitchen over my Inay and Lola while they cooked tirelessly; this day pop-up is inspired by those ever distant memories.
On April 4th, I will present you with a four course brunch and dinner menu influenced by some of my favorite Filipino dishes with a modern twist. From the words of my Inay and Lola, what are you waiting for? "KAIN NA!"
